Hancock County Superintendent Dan Enich said the school system is following the WV School Board directive in abiding by the State Code that only allows for medical exemptions for those vaccines required to enter school. Enich responded to questions posed prior to the beginning of the school Board meeting Monday.

Enich emphasized, however, that “We follow the directive of the State Board of Education.”
