On 2-17-26 around 8:30 a.m. the manager of the Subway on US Route 30 called to report a break in. Deputies responded to the scene and checked the interior of the building for anybody inside. Once it was determined nobody was inside, the shift Lieutenant contacted a detective to respond to the scene and photograph and gather evidence. Deputies gathered evidence from the scene and then reviewed video footage from other businesses on Rt. 30. Video showed a person walking down Route 30 from Pennsylvania side and coming to the door and throwing an object through the glass door and immediately going to the cash register. Shortly before the subject appeared on the Subway camera a dark colored SUV pulled into Gumby’s down the road and sat in the parking lot. They stayed in the parking lot until the subject came back out of subway walked up the hill towards Pennsylvania and then the SUV pulled into Gumby’s down the road and sat in the parking lot. and then the SUV left going towards Pennsylvania.
Deputies were able to identify the driver and the passenger of the vehicle and conduct an interview. Deputies then executed search warrants on the SUV and their phones,, On 2-23-26 arrest warrants were issued for Andrew Toth and Kaitlyn Banchi of Chester, WV. Both subjects were arrested for Accessory before the fact charge and Accessory after the fact charge. Both subjects were processed and taken before a Magistrate and released on Bond, /an arrest warrant was also issued to Nicholas Konrad of New Jersey for Entry of a building other than a dwelling. Konrad has not been arrested on thar warrant yet.
