Tiffany Gale is the Owner and Director of Miss Tiffany’s School for Young Children, a licensed early childhood education facility she founded in 2019. Since opening, the program has expanded twice and is currently preparing for a third expansion to meet the growing needs of families in the region. What began as a Tier 1 program has advanced to Tier 2, and the school is now awaiting its final observation to become the first nationally accredited early childhood education program in Hancock and Brooke Counties.Under Tiffany’s leadership, Miss Tiffany’s has been recognized by the The Herald-Star as “Best of the Best” in the childcare category every year since 2022. She is deeply committed to raising the standard of early learning and ensuring children enter kindergarten prepared to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.Tiffany serves as Vice President of the West Virginia Association for Young Children, where she advocates at both the state and federal levels for investments in high-quality early childhood education. She was a founding member of Hancock and Brooke Young Professionals and currently serves as Secretary of the Kiwanis Club of Wellsburg.She is a graduate of Leadership Ohio Valley (Class of 2022) and Leadership West Virginia (Class of 2024). Tiffany is also the recipient of the Southern Early Childhood Association Helen Harley Memorial Award, recognizing her advocacy for strengthening early childhood education systems and expanding access to quality learning opportunities for young children.Tiffany believes strong schools build strong communities. Her professional experience in early education, combined with her leadership and advocacy work, provides a practical and informed perspective on student success, fiscal responsibility, and long-term community growth.
