A discussion on the applications received for the Opioid Settlement Funds was held at 1 p.m. prior to the Hancock County Commission meeting on April 23. All three Commissioners were in attendance. No members of the public nor representatives of those requesting funding were in attendance.

**Mt. Olive Baptist Church – originally requested $5,000. Increased request to $15,000.00 after deadline;
**Hancock County Ambulance Service
**All the Fire Departments
**WVU Extension Office
Mike Lucas, solicitor for the Commission, had requested documents from Family Care Excellence prior to the organization being considered for funding. The drawings received of the structure Family Care Excellence seeks to construct were done by Lytle and not specific. Lytle replied in an e-mail read by Commissioner Eron Chek, that they would not have the funding to get the CAD drawings done professionally without the funding from the Opioid Settlement. Lytle submitted the same drawings as before with no other documentation on percentage of individuals treated from Ohio and Pennsylvania.
