Rose Anna Heath, 85, of New Cumberland, went to be with her Lord and Savior, on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Select Specialty Hospital in Weirton.
Born May 13, 1938, in East Liverpool, she was the daughter of the late, William L. and Clara Stewart McGinity.
She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Leonard W. Heath; by her granddaughter, Morgan Chestnut, and brother, William McGinty.
Rose Anna was a graduate of Wells High School. She was formerly employed for 38 years at East Liverpool City Hospital in the Data Processing Department. After retirement, Rose Anna served as the secretary for the Glendale Church of the Nazarene.
She was a wonderful wife and mother and a devoted church member. Rose Anna served as Noble Grand for Rebekah’s Lodge in Newell.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Anna “Shelley” Chestnut, and her husband, Jim of New Cumberland; grandson, James T. Chestnut (Angie); great-grandchildren, Kyler, Camden, Elijah, and Harry.
Pastor Phil Ridgen will celebrate Rose Anna’s life, on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at Noon. Interment will follow at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens in Newell. Friends may visit with her family, on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at the funeral home from 6-8 PM. Additional visitation will be held one hour before the service
