HANCOCK COUNTY, WV – County Route 66/16 (Fourth Street), and County Route 66/12 (Grant Street), in Newell, will be closed, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, through Friday, September 5, 2025, for paving. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
