Rusty “Mary Irene” Cline, a cherished resident of Newell and Chester, peacefully departed this life at Bethany Nursing Home in Canton on Friday, November 28, 2025, after a courageous battle with illness. She was 84 years young, having been born on March 12, 1941, in Massillon, OH. Rusty was the beloved daughter of the late Harry and Mildred Ade and was predeceased by her treasured daughters, Amanda and Bambi Cline, her son Jeffrey Cline, and by her dear friend and former husband, Harold Cline.
With her sassy charm and delightful spirit, Rusty had a way of brightening the lives of those around her. Her candidness and warmth endeared her to family and friends alike. As a devoted mother and grandmother, she poured her heart into her family, displaying an unwavering loyalty that defined her character. A passionate lover of reading, visiting friends, shopping, and walking about town, Rusty also possessed a generous spirit, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She spent many fulfilling years working as a molder at Bellofram before retiring. She was a baptized Catholic, cherished her Catholic faith as a member of Christ the Servant Parish in Canton, and proudly graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1952.
Her beloved children survive Rusty: Toki (Roman) Sainz of Virginia Beach, Misty (Brian) Siegal of North Canton, OH, Rex Cline of Newell, and Phillip Cline of Salem. She was a devoted grandmother to Tosha Sainz, Marlana Hutton, Kylie Jo Cline, Alica Lowe, Jami Siegal, and Grayson Cline, Gia Burnside, and a proud great-grandmother to Stephen, Roman, Collin, Carsenn, Colson, Easton, Kinsley, and Trinity.
Rusty will find her final resting place at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens in Newell. Her immediate family is planning a heartfelt, intimate celebration of her extraordinary life, honoring the vibrant spirit she brought to the world. Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
