The City of New Cumberland has announced the Yard of the Month winner for April 2026. The winning yard belongs to Esther and Greg Tinz who reside on Second Ave in New Cumberland. Mayor Will White presented the yard of the month award and a check to Esther and Greg along with the yard of the month sign. The sign will remain in their yard until the next winner is picked for May. Thank you to everyone who participates in keeping our small town beautiful.
