The New Cumberland Fall Fest and Parade Committee is selling American Flag kits for $10. The kit includes a 3×5 flag with a pole and mounting bracket. The kits are available at the City Building on River Avenue. All proceeds go towards the city’s holiday and Fall Fest activities.
