WORK SESSION SCHEDULED MAY 16 BY BOE

A work session will be held at 5:30 p.m., May 16 at the JDRIV Career .

Purpose:

1. Discussion to begin the process for installation of the turf and lighting at Oak Glen Field of Dreams.
2. Discussion on complete budgets for all current projects at WHS: Softball, Baseball, and PE additions.
3. Discussion on completion dates of the WHS Softball and Baseball Field Projects.
4. Discussion on the final plans for the baseball facility that includes JT Sauer & Associates providing the BOE
   with a conceptual/feasibility drawing of the seating, plaza area, batting cage, bull pens, entrance gating and
5. press box that were not included in the latest McKinley Plan.
