October was Bullying Prevention Month. Mr. Taylor, NMES School Counselor, and Deputy Barnhart, NMES PRO, visited classrooms throughout the month of October to discuss bullying.
Mary Lyons, NMES School Nurse, visited each classroom discussing the importance of hand washing, social distancing, and staying safe.
Students at New Manchester Elementary School read books to earn the Accelerated Reading (AR) points for the first nine weeks of school. Those students who met their goal, were rewarded with an opportunity to make slime.
