Obituary

William “Billy” Johnson 56, of New Cumberland WV
passed away peacefully Thursday December 17,2020 Born in Cleveland Ohio he was the Son of the late William and Nancy (Brown) Johnson.
Billy lived life to the fullest! He was Nationally known for his accomplishments as a Jockey Agent. Billy represented many leading riders mainly in Ohio and West Virginia. Billy was an avid supporter as well as a participant of WV local wrestling. Billy also loved to fish and enjoyed “jamboree in the Hills” He truly enjoyed handicapping the races especially with his brother. He was a sport fan he attended many Steeler and Pirates games. Surviving are his brother Gary Johnson, two Nieces Amber (Josh) Saunders and Jennifer (Brian) Moore. Eight great nieces and nephews: Bella, Lexi, Allie, Carlee, Carson, Chloe, Landon and Arie.
Private arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell.
