Ernest Earl Robinson, 67 of Chester, passed peacefully at his home on the morning of December 31, 2020.
Ernest was born on May 12, 1953, in Clinton, PA.
Ernie worked at Homer Laughlin China Company in Newell for 47 years. He retired in 2018. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. Ernie was a faithful member of the Virginia Avenue Church of Christ in Chester. He loved spending time with his family, going fishing, and Christ.
He is survived by four sons, Rich Robinson of Weirton, Alan Robinson of Hedgesville, WV., William Robinson of Chester, and James Robinson and his wife Deborah of Chester. Also, he is survived by his sister, Shirley Yeater, and three amazing grandchildren, Gracelynn and Jasmine Robinson of Chester, and Hunter Robinson of Salineville, OH.
Preceding Ernie in death was his loving wife of 43 years, Marilyn Diane Robinson, his parents, Floyd and Lillian Robinson, and his stepmother, Elma Robinson.
A memorial service will be planned for a date yet to be announced. Ernie’s services have been entrusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
