Tom and Anna Mae [Monroe] Ogden celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary with a small dinner party, hosted by their children, on Sunday, February 1, 2021.

Tom and Anna Mae were high school sweethearts and graduated from the former Wells High School in Newell in 1960. Tom was a building contractor and built many area homes. In 1976, they started Builders Wholesale Home Center. Today, they co-own Builders Wholesale with their son Tommy. Tom is a member of the East Liverpool United Methodist Church and a member of East Liverpool Rotary. Anna Mae is an active member of Glendale Church of the Nazarene and teaches an adult class. The Ogdens have three children: Christine [Greg] Capito of Newell; Rev. Tracy [Darryl] Johnson of Ravenna; and Tommy [Lori] Ogden of Chester. There are three grandchildren and two great-grand children.
