All vehicles may be viewed at the Hancock County/New Cumberland City Garage on Sedgewick Street, New Cumberland, during the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm. Bids are to be submitted for vehicles in “AS IS” condition. All vehicles will be sold in “AS IS” condition. The Hancock County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and re-bid if desired.
Bid envelopes must be sealed and the outside of the envelope clearly marked with the number of the vehicle stated in the legal advertisement. Only one (1) bid per envelope and the bid must contain the name, address, and telephone number of the person placing the bid. Bids must meet the reserve bid to be considered. Bids must be received by April 30, 2021 at the Hancock County Commission Office, 102 N Court St, PO Box 485, New Cumberland, WV 26047.
