Cynthia “Cindy” Hanlon, 64, of East Liverpool, passed away  September 7, 2021.

Born in East Liverpool, Ohio on July 13, 1957, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Helena Morgan.

Cindy graduated from East Liverpool High School. She was the former manager of the Vista Motel.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a step-son, Kelly Hanlon.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Leonard Hanlon II of East Liverpool; a daughter, Melissa (Joshua) Armstrong of South Carolina; a son, Nathaniel (Tara) Smith of East Palestine; two step-sons, Chad (Crystal) Hanlon and Mike Hanlon of East Liverpool; twenty three grandchildren; and  great-grandchild; four sisters, Carol Talbott of East Liverpool, Connie Hart of Pa., Cassy Armstrong of Glenmore  and Cheryl Bodniar of Pleasant Heights; a brother, Greg Morgan of Ohio; and canine buddies, Annie and Suzy Q. Visitation is Friday, September 10, 2021, from 1-3 and 5 pm until time of funeral service at 7p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
