Fay Stafford, 82, of Chester, passed away on November 7, 2021.

Born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania on December 9, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Alice (Boyles) Graham.

Fay was a retired pottery worker from TS &T. She was a member of the St Stephens Episcopal Church .Fay had an avid love for camping and bingo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Stafford.

Surviving are her two daughters, Donna (David) Durr of Freedom, Pa and Connie (James) Parsons of North Carolina; two grandchildren, Angela Ferguson and Melissa Price; four great-grandchildren, Ava, Levi, Aiden and Connor; three sisters, Lois Graham of Texas, Carol Carvell of California and Brenda Conkle of Hookstown and two brothers, Earl (Linda) Graham of Tennessee and James (Donna) Graham of Pennsylvania

Visitation is Thursday, November 11, from 5-7pm., at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV, where funeral services will be held at 11 am. Friday, November 12, 2021.

Interment will follow in Columbiana County Memorial Park, East Liverpool, Ohio.
