Sandy Casto was sworn in Monday, Dec. 27 as Hancock County Circuit Clerk by Judge Jason Cuomo. Casto will fill out the unexpired term of recently deceased Circuit Clerk Charles Wright. Casto brings 33 years of experience in the Circuit Clerk’s office.
