CITY OF CHESTER SEEKS BIDS The City of Chester will be accepting bids for the 9th Street Storm Sewer Drain Project. The project includes removing & replacing the storm sewer drain from 9th Street south approximately 400 feet. Contact Steve Shuman, the Street Department Supervisor, for more information and questions at (304) 670-9298. Sealed bids need to be submitted by April 4, 2022 at 5:00 to the City Clerks Office March 10, 2022
