Nancy Jo Custer, 71, of Weirton, passed away April 11, 2022.She was born August 22, 1950 in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Lillian (Davis) Bailey.She was a Life member of the New Cumberland VFW Auxiliary and   a member of the New Cumberland Nazarene Church. Nancy was an avid Steelers fan, she loved owls and crocheting and she was a long time Elvis Presley fan.Surviving are a, Henry (Julie) Smith of Weirton; a daughter, Mary Ann Custer of Arizona; four grandchildren, Alex, Mason, Dylan and Megan; two sisters, Mary Jane (Bob) Fish of New Cumberland and Carol (Dallas) Stevens of New Cumberland.Visitation was held Saturday, April 16, 2022, from 3pm until time of memorial service at 4pm., at the Nixon Funeral; Home, New Cumberland, WV.
