Victoria “Tori” Leigh Hughes, 29, passed away May 9, 2022.

Born November 4, 1992, she was the daughter of Cristal Hughes and the late Jeremy Blackwell.

Tori was a loving mother, an avid crafter, and a lover of all things “Tim Burton.”

She will be missed and forever loved by her three children: Lilianna, Malik, and Nathan Hughes; mother Cristal Hughes; brothers Austin (Paris) Hughes and Alex Criswell; maternal grandmother Mary Hughes; paternal grandfather Jim Blackwell, and many many more.

Tori was also preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Pat Blackwell

 Viewing will be at Nixon Funeral Home in New Cumberland, WV on Saturday, May 14, 2022, from 2-5pm with services at 5pm.
