Helen Leola Andrews – Born August 17, 1927 passed Thursday, June 23rd at her home with her family at her side.  Helen was many things in her almost 95 years of life: a press operator, a dietician, a baker, business owner, a church board member, missionary society president, a delegate, the list goes on.  Above all things, Helen Andrews was a lover of people and a servant to her church and community.    She enjoyed time with her family and friends, but she felt most at home in a pew at the New Cumberland Nazarene Church.  She was a servant of Christ even up to the end, praying for others. 

 Daughter of the late William Koch and Josephine of Reader, WV.  Married to Lawrence Thomas Andrews for 58 years before his passing on May 5, 2002.  Preceded in death by her husband Lawrence, a son, Robert Andrews, a daughter, Peggy Ritchie, a daughter, Patricia (Patty Tice), great- great grandson, Aidyn Hall, twin great granddaughters Olivia and Isabella Frank, and two sisters Mary Wright and Nettie (Sis) Poslethwait.

 Helen is survived by four sons: Lawrence Thomas Andrews Jr. (Judy) of Chester, WV.  David Lee Andrews (Joyce) of New Cumberland, WV, John Jeffrey Andrews of New Cumberland, WV, and Shane Michael Andrews, Tallahassee, FL, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
