Theresa McPherson, 80, Of Newell, passed away June 17, 2022.Born December 19, 1941 in Weirton, WV, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Josephine Zagula.Theresa was a retired Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service and also a retired Mutual Clerk for Mountaineer.Theresa was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church,  and the Church’s Ladies Guild-Clothes Closet.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William McPherson.Surviving are a son, Ron McPherson of Newell; a grandson, Jonathan Noland of Newell; and a granddaughter, Marah Noland of Ohio and a dear friend, Susan Graham from West Virginia.Visitation will be 4-6pm on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
