The City of New Cumberland approved a bid from Juczczak Development for $153,790.00 the interior framing of the new city building on River Avenue.  The other bid for the work was $237,700.00.    In order to complete the project the city will utilize funds from the General Fund, Special Projects and Rainy Day Fund.

No action will be taken until Spring in once again putting the old school building now serving as the municipal building for an online auction.

In other business, Council:

**Approved draw 27 in the amount of $1306.22 for the sewer project.

**Discussed purchasing 600 Ridge Avenue (the former Mary Porter home)  for $7,500 with the intention of tearing it down to make room for additional parking for the Community House.
