A painting class, taught by Nancy Wright and Joyce Beatty, member of the Top of West Virginia Arts Council, will benefit the New Cumberland Riverfest Committee. Cost of the class, slated for Sunday, Dec. 3 is $35 with all supplies being provided. Tickets for a free drawing a handmade Santa by Joyce Beatty will take place along with a basket raffle.
