Robert Lewis, 73, of East Liverpool, passed, on Monday, December 25, 2023, at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Youngstown.

Born, on February 9, 1950, in East Liverpool, he was the son of the late Clarence D. and Joyce L. Miller Lewis.

Robert was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Trena Mercer Lewis.

He was a graduate of Southern Local High School. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army.  Robert later retired from General Motors after dedicating 36 years of service.

He was a member of the East Liverpool Moose Lodge, and he enjoyed golfing and watching Steelers football. He was laid back and reserved but one of the sweetest men you would have ever met.

Robert will be missed by his daughter, Michelle Sprinkle of Circleville, OH.; son, Edward Russell of Virginia Beach, VA.; five grandchildren, Jocelyn Stout, Amanda Stout, Megan Riggins, Cearra Russell, and Everleigh Russell; 4 great-grandchildren, Alexis Geer, Adalyn Geer, Hayden Petro and Harper Pugh.

Friends may visit with Robert’s family, on Friday, December 29, 2023, at Arner Funeral Chapel, from 2-4:00 PM. Military honors will be presented at 2:00 PM.
