Shirley M Davis, 82 of New Cumberland. Peacefully with her loving family by her side, went home to her Lord on February 4, 2024.She was born January 30, 1942 in Sistersville, WV, a daughter of the late Bill and Zelma (Stewart) Cooper. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John Davis Sr., two sons, John Jr. and Roger Davis; a daughter, Lisa Davis; daughter-in –law, Tina Davis; grandson, Chad Davis and granddaughter, Rhiannon (Davis) Morris.She attended the Church of God.She is survived by a son, Randy (Susan) Davis of New Cumberland, and daughter-in-law Michaella Davis of TX.; grandchildren, Bri (Clay) Wilson, Fawn Davis, John (Jen) Waychoff, Brandon (Ali) Davis, Josh Morris, Mason Davis, Roger Davis, Megan Davis (Joe), Taylor Davis (Josh), Nicole (Warren) Rawlings, Hunter Davis(Josh), Jorden Flati and Taylor Parmenter. Twenty, great-grandchildren.Visitation will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024, from 11am till time of funeral service at 2pm, at the Nixon Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Interment will follow at New Cumberland Cemetery, The family wishes to thank Amedisys Hospice and Valley Haven Skilled Care for their care of Shirley.
