2nd VP Jeanne Cox brought the meeting to order and offered the Prayer. Lion Alan Lee led the Pledge of Allegiance. Minutes were accepted as read. Communications were received from Leader Dogs. The treasurer’s report was placed on file for audit. Parade of Checks have been sent.
The Nominating Committee presented a slate of officers. The floor was open for nominations. None were received. Ballots will be mailed to members who were not present at the meeting. The election will be held during the April 9 meeting. Lion Jeanne Cox is working on the program for Flag Day, scheduled for April 19, 2024, at the New Manchester Elementary School.

The Board meeting will be March 19 at 6:30 in the Swaney Library. The next Regular meeting will be March 26 at 6:30 in the Christian Church Pittinger Hall. With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
