On Thursday, May 5th, 2024, Jessica Marie Cremeans (12/05/1985) (Chester, WV), was arrested on warrants from the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office. Cremeans is charged with (56) felony counts of Embezzlement. In March of 2024 the victim, (Smith Oil INC, New Cumberland, WV), filed a complaint for stolen money from the business totaling $219,191.63.
Cremeans was arraigned and is currently being held at the West Virgina Northern Regional Jail on $40,000. A court date has not yet been determined.
