Irene Frances Duvall, 77, of Toronto,Oh passes away Sunday, August 25,2024.

    She was born June 20,1947 in Weirton, WV a daughter of the late Thomas Wayne & Nancy Pauline (Clark) Drake.

    Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Hamilton Duvall 2003; 4 brothers Dean, Kenneth, Marvin & Gary Drake; and 3 sisters Peggy Adkins’s, Wanda Drake & Janette Hanst.

    She was a member of Nessley Chapel Church and a Homemaker.

    Surviving are her children, Michelle (Thomas Bennett) Duvall & Marcie Duvall both of East Liverpool, OH; Michael (Rachel Carey) Duvall Richmond, OH; Matthew (Anya Sorokeput) Duvall Toronto, OH; 3 sisters Jackie Fish Chester, WV; Brenda Clark New Manchester; Patty Duncan Newell, WV; 1 brother Tom Drake Follansbee, WV and 7 Grandchildren.

    Friends will be received Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Turley Funeral Home.

    Services will be there Friday, August 30, 2024 at 11:00 am with Chaplin Micheal Rowe officiating.  Interment will follow in the New Cumberland Cemetery.
