Dale Milton Brant, 87, of New Manchester, WV passed away Friday, September 20, 2024 at UPMC Passavant McCandless in Pittsburgh, PA.
He was born June 29, 1937 in Martins Ferry, OH to the late Floyd D. Brant, Sr. and Pauline Irene (Godwin) Brant. He is also preceded in death by his wife Marie Martha (Wudarsky)Brant, two sons, an infant John Paul Brant and David Michael Brant; a brother Floyd D. Brant, Jr. and a sister Sandra Derosky.
Dale was a Navy Veteran, a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, and a retired scarfer from Weirton Steel.
Dale is survived by his children: Dale Thomas Brant of New Manchester, WV; Maria (Eric) Kimbel of Pittsburgh, PA; and Paula Brant of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by his four grandchildren: Joshua Brant, Dru Brant, Makayla Kimbel, and Ericson Kimbel, II; and, his three great grandchildren Aidan Brant, Riley Brant, and Bryan Schrubb.
Friends and family will be received Wednesday, September 25, 2024 from 6-8 pm and Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Turley Funeral Home.
Catholic mass will be held Friday, September 27, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Immaculate Conception Church with Fr Bill Matheny as Celebrant. Interment will follow at the New Cumberland Cemetery.
