He was born October 3, 1972 in Weirton, WV a son of the late Kenneth Eugene Jacobs, Sr. & Bernice Marie (Patterson) Titus. He is also preceded by a brother Jess Titus.
Surviving are his daughter Kayla Rowland of Lisbon, OH; his brother Kenneth (Missy) Jacobs of New Cumberland, WV and his 2 Grandchildren Myriah & Chayce.
Friends will be received Sunday from 6 – 8 pm at Turley Funeral Home.
