The New Cumberland Community House will transform into a magical land for a Winter Dance slated for Dec. 7 from 4 p,m. to 6 p.m. The dance is presented by the Disability Acceptance Coalition and sponsored by the New Cumberland Park Board. The enchanting evening is for Hancock County Children with special needs from grade 5 through 12.
