Students from Oak Glen Middle School enjoyed breakfast with Santa Saturday morning. In addition to having pancakes and fixings, students participated in crafts and had the opportunity to tell their Christmas wish to Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus.
OGMS Principal Derek Van Dyke said the nearly $700.00 in proceeds from the event will go towards a Jr. National Honor Society at the school According to Van Dyke many of the students who gravitate towards academics receive recognition for their outstanding grades through a Jr. National Honor Society. The Jr. National Honor Society is now in its second year at OGMS.
