Patricia Ann Speece, 82, of Weirton passed away Tuesday February 25, 2025. She was born on October 23, 1942, the daughter of the late Eleanor(Phillips) McAteer. Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Speece, step-dad, Harry McAteer, and brother, Harry “Butchy” McAteer Jr.
She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Speece Sr. at home, two sons, Donald Speece Jr. and John (Teresa) Speece, all of Weirton; four grandchildren, Jennifer, Shawn, Kelsey and Michael; two great-grandchildren, Danan and Tyson. She is also survived by a sister, Susan Rockwell, of Maine.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Nixon Funeral Home of New Cumberland where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 am. Interment will follow at Chapel Hills Cemetery, Weirton.
