Sharon L. Crothers of Lisbon passed away at the East Liverpool City Hospital on Sunday, March 9, 2025, following a brief illness.
Sherry was born in East Liverpool on January 3, 1952, to the late James E. and Ruth Campbell Elliott. She was 73 years old.
Sherry retired from full-time employment and worked part-time as an accountant at Allstaff Staffing Agency in Alliance. She had been a member of the Lisbon First Presbyterian Church and a 1970 Oak Glen High School graduate. Sherry had a great zest for life and lived it to the fullest, whether it was spending every Friday on a date night with her great-grandson Vincent or golfing and watching sports with her best friend, David.
Her parents, son Zachary, brother Mike, and grandson Tanner Barr preceded her in death.
Sherry leaves her best friend, David; children, Lisa (Travis) Barr of Leetonia, Eric Cook of Guilford; sister, Karen Temple of Chester; grandchildren, Chelsea (Jake Harvey) Faloba, Alexis (Nick Fellure) Faloba, Josh Cook, and Marissa Cook; and great-grandchildren, Vincent, Vito, Oakley, Teagan, Willow, Izzy, Alivia, Lainey, and Sadie.
Family and friends will celebrate Sherry’s life at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on Friday, March 14, at 6:00 p.m. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Private interment will be at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens in Newell.
