Charles Levi Burgoon, 42, of Weirton passed away Wednesday June 18, 2025. He was born in Wheeling on September 3, 1982, the son of Gale (Hartley) Groves of Weirton and the late Ronald Burgoon. He was a graduate of Weir High School.
Besides his mother he is survived by his step-dad, Kenneth Groves, of Weirton; three half-brothers, Ronald Hartley and Mark Shepherd both of WV and Joey Shepherd of Weirton.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at the Nixon Funeral Home of Newell, from 2 pm to 4 pm.
