FREE COVID TESTING – CHANGE, Inc. is offering free COVID testing in both Weirton and Newell. All residents need to get tested a West Virginia Drivers License or proof of residency. The testing sites are the Family Medical Center at 1151 Washington St., Newell and at 114 Taylor St. in Weirton. Hours are 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
