The holidays are fast approaching, so that means it is time to drag out the decorations and deck the halls both inside and outside.  It’s the merriest time of the year, and decorations are a great way to put everyone in a festive mood.  The New Cumberland Community Projects and Hines Heights, LLC, (a local Airbnb) are sponsoring a decorating contest for the 2024 Christmas season.  Judges will be looking for designs that are original, colorful, and creative.  Decorations can be traditional or totally far-out.  Cash prizes of $75 for 1^st place, $50 for 2^nd place, and $25 for 3^rd place will be awarded.  Houses that have only inflatable items and no other type of decorations will not be considered for an award.  The contest runs from November 23^rd to December 21^st when the three winners will be announced.
